銘傳大學諮商與工商心理學系第十三屆 2018年學術暨實務國際研討會讓我們哀傷吧：創傷、失落、與成長

Introduction
銘傳大學諮商與工商心理學系每年舉辦學術與實務研討會，這已經是第十三屆了。今年與 International Institute of Existential-Humanistic Psychology 共同主辦，同時與姊妹校美國 Utah Valley University 以及英國 De Montfort University 進行學術與文化交流。
有鑑於得失乃人生重要議題，然而因為種種原因使得失落太難處理，不同文化也會有不同的因應，因此今年的主題為：讓我們哀傷吧！創傷、失落與成長，希望可以藉此來賦予哀傷的正當地位，同時不要白白浪費失落的寶貴經驗，進而共同研討東西方文化在創傷、失落與成長的異同，彼此相互學習與增長。
這個主題可以包含各式的失落、創傷與治療、恐怖攻擊或校園槍擊與因應、疾病或災難與因應、東西方在上述議題的異同等。本研討會提供各式的發表平台，也誠摯邀請相關單位共同贊助協辦，詳請參閱 Call for Proposals。
本系年度研討會每年均吸引眾多來自學術與實務界的學子、研究者、教學者、政策制定者與實務工作者等共聚一堂交換研究發現、經驗與資源，希望今年大家都有更豐碩的成果。
The DCIOP Conference brings together college students, non-profit professionals, campus administrators, and teams of service members to share research findings, experiences, and resources in their work for academic and social change.
The International Conference on Existential-Humanistic Psychology seeks to advance the dialogue and exchange on existential and humanistic psychology between Western and Eastern perspectives. This year’s theme is “Let’s Grieve: Trauma, Loss & Growth”. As such, presenters from the West will be expected to prepare for the conference by familiarizing themselves with Eastern cultures on grieving, as well as new developments in existential and humanistic psychology in Asia. Suggestions on resources to assist with this may be obtained from the conference organizers upon request.Presenters are encouraged to keep a frame of reference in mind that the intent is not to teach about Western approaches to existential-humanistic psychology, but rather to engage in exchange between Eastern and Western perspectives on existential-humanistic psychology. For instance, presenters should consider including talking points or questions to encourage dialogue with our Eastern colleagues.
